Because it's cold outside and we don't want to leave the house to workout! ;) Live virtual classes will take place every Sunday at 10am EST (except when I'm away January 12th.) The first class will be January 5th and the last class will be March 2nd. Each class is a FULL BODY 60 minute long workout. And each class will include a proper warm up, cardio and
