Nose: Some citrus and lemon, a creamy aroma of lightly toasted brioche and soft caramel, some white chocolate and crisp caramel wafers. Palate: A rich and taste driven opening to the palate, some crisp toffee caramel coated oat and fruit bars, some soft creamy lemon and soft white apple, traces of sweet oak and a little honey.
