Inchgower 1997 23YO Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky 700ml (SV) (ABV59%) reposado The vanilla is more prominentThis single malt whisky was distilled in 1997 at the Inchgower distillery before being placed in ex Bourbon Hogsheads and left to mature. It was then placed in a fresh ex sherry butt and finished for 34 months. In 2020 it was bottled at 59. 5% abv as part of the Signatory Vintage Cask Strength Collection. Only 690 bottles were produced. Signatory Vintage are an independent bottler founded in 1988 by Andrew and Brian Symington. The name Signatory was
