Wool felt dress fedora Color:Pale blue melange Dimensions (excluding feather & veil)Entirely handmade, using traditional millinery techniques to steam the shape of the crown, the brim and any shaping of the crown into the felt, these pieces are as individual as you are. Traditional or modern, with the hatband matched to the felt or co ordinating with it the choice is yours. Each hat is made with a Petersham ribbon hatband around the base of the crown, finished with a small neat flat bow to the side. This will usually be in the same
