On the palate, kirsch and mulberry lead, followed quickly by fried oyster mushrooms, tan leather, fennel seed, cured meat and pan drippings. Raspberry pokes back in, only to be subsumed by hazelnut encrusted lamb, bramble and wet stone. On the one
