Truffle Honey Vegetarian Cheese lovingly aged in our maturationMade by bees that forage on the nectar from the Acacia tree, Acacia honey is much slower to crystallise than other varieties of honey, giving it a wonderfully smooth texture. The honey is then infused with the highest quality White Truffle (Tuber Borchii) shavings, producing a luxuriously smooth texture, with a uniquely sweet & earthy taste with extraordinary depth from the white truffles. Exquisite when drizzled over cheese and charcuterie.
