ZEPARADE SEALER Disinfectant Before using this productColor: Opaque, milky white Slip resistant, water emulsion, acrylic copolymer formulated to provide floors with a crystal clear gloss coating. Protects floors from many types of stains. May be used with all finishes as an excellent basecoat to seal and fill pores. Levels with no streaks or mop trails. Each coat dries in 20 to 30 minutes. Recommended as a sealer for most types of floor surfaces including rubber, asphalt tile, vinyl, vinyl asbestos,
