Sawtooth Square Variation Quilt with Sawtooth Border 1920s It is all hand quiltedThis is one wonderful antique quilt with fabrics of a rich indigo fabric and finished off with the beautifully framed sawtooth border and then the indigo binding. The superb hand quilting shows off the handwork of the maker and also love seeing the double rod quilting on the border. In between the blocks is a detailed wreath of hand quilting designs. The condition is excellent on this circa 1880s quilt, though some of the blue appears to be earlier. I
