Gently pressed after a little skin contact, then fermented and aged in French oak barriques and demi muids with regular btonnage. Elegant and intensely aromatic, showing peach, apricot and floral perfume over a fresh mineral backbone, rich yet balanced. Made for lobster, creamy dishes or roast poultry.
