Showing hints of those famous toasty characters, with a golden tinge and delicate buttery popcorn flavours. Medium oak, perfectly balanced with a crisp, citrusy, lingering mouthfeel. Barrel fermented in French oak, using single strain yeasts. Will keep developing for the next few years, getting even richer and creamier. Brilliant with cooked seafood, creamy chicken pasta dishes and soft cheeses.
