Bay View DDH Blonde Ale is perfection with the use of Citra and Mosaic hops providing the perfect balance. US 05 yeast adds to that tropical fresh aroma and taste and comes in at only 4. 5%.

The hardest part of this beer is leaving it long enough to lager

and citrus with a subtle resinous backbone

Everytime I've brewed a Kolsch its simply been a stunning

Balanced beautifully with base malt Maris Otter giving a refreshing beer that gets you heading back to the fridge for a top up
