De Loach, `California Collection` Zinfandel Vintage:2024 20 to 30% newA Lodi Zinfandel from De Loach, farmed sustainably on sandy, loamy soils. A pre fermentation cold soak and warm maceration build colour and structure, then ageing mainly in stainless steel with a little seasoned French oak to keep the fruit to the fore. Rich and expressive, showing ripe blackberry and black cherry over sweet spice, full bodied with bold fruit and ripe tannins to a smooth finish. Made for barbecue, burgers or sticky ribs. Country USA
