New-Make Spirit Naked with 4-5 parts soda waterWe teamed up with two Australian distilleries to distill a few new make spirits (un aged whiskies). They're great starting blocks for developing into fine whiskies by pairing with an American Oak Cask. To be honest, they're also quite delicious to drink neat, and if you're creative you'll find ways to mix them into cocktails.
