2016 Heritage Vines Semillon Fortified It's Gold for AustraliaMade using grapes from vines more 100 years old. This wine is light straw yellow in colour with a youthful green tinge. The primary aromas are of lemongrass but also subtle hints of lemons and limes can be detected. Delicate yeasty characters add further complexity while the generous palate is soft, full and smooth. A wine ideally suited to all seafood but in particular smoked salmon.
