Purple Cow Original Paintings and Fine Art Prints:Original Art Work "15x22"When I was a very young boy I was given a subscription to a magazine I forget which one now. Boys life or maybe it was the other one with the hidden pictures? I loved reading them so much. I would wait for the mail every day when it was time or near the time of the month for it to show up. The anticipation was priceless. There was a poem featured in one issue and Ive never forgotten it It was about a Purple Cow and I love it to this day. I will paint

I fell in love with lots of color and I never looked back

Sometimes they just paint themselves

i used Crystal Powdered paint (Brusho) and regular tube paint (American Journey Watercolor) to create this joyous image

I swore I'd never paint a bowl of fruit

This one hangs on my wall

a member of our armed forces - and I couldn't be more proud and honored

While visiting them I snapped a picute of a young person flying a kite and I just couldn't wait to paint it
