This item is actually a 2 3 4" x 1 1 2" pin pendant that can be removed from the necklace and worn separately or hooked upon another necklace you may already have. The detailed head with feather headdress of the 3D kachina pin pendant actually moves slightly swivels atop the body. The heart of the body conains a large 5 8" x 1 2" gorgeous turquoise stone. And the 18" necklace can be worn
