RAUÐVÍN / DOMAINE LE ROC Fronton Folle Noire Ambat 2021 75cl 12 05 25La Folle Noire dAmbat is the pure and clear representation of the queen of Fronton: Ngrette. And this vintage is as fleeting as its little nickname suggests. Planted on boulbne soils known as red mullets and clays rich in iron oxide, it expresses itself here on black cherry and flowers such as peony and rose. The mouth is full of character and intensity, without being aggressive. The velvety tannins finally coat everything and enhance the fruit.
