KAZA: Brown & Grey Two Tone Woven Shopper: Large cards tanned in the region’s traditionalThe KAZA Sisal Shopper by The Basket Room is a striking two tone basket, handwoven in rural eastern Kenya and dyed using 100% natural materials. Crafted from locally harvested sisal grass, each bag is made entirely by hand, from rolling the fibres to dyeing and weaving. The lower half is coloured using charcoal crushed and boiled over an outdoor fire, while the darker upper section is dyed with chimney soot gathered from the weavers own homes, giving
